The HZC series spindles adopt gear transmission and a two-speed change design.


Full horsepower output can be achieved at a low speed of 302rpm, ensuring the heavy cutting efficiency of high-strength materials such as alloy steel billets. The technical breakthrough point lies in:


Thermal deformation control: The spindle and transmission gears are equipped with a forced cooling system. Combined with the symmetrical structure of the spindle head on both sides, the thermal deformation during the processing is controlled within the minimum range, providing a guarantee for the stability of long-term processing accuracy.




Rigidity enhancement: The spindle head and the column slide surface adopt an 8-sided contact design, significantly enhancing structural rigidity. This reduces the vibration amplitude during heavy cutting by more than 40% and ensures the consistency of the machined surface roughness.

1. Automatic Exchange Workbench (A.P.C


It adopts a shuttle structure design, which not only reduces space occupation but also simplifies the workpiece loading and unloading process through a foot-operated rotary device. The response speed of the exchange action is 30% faster than that of the traditional structure, making it suitable for the batch processing requirements of heavy workpieces. Among them, the HZC-800A worktable has a maximum load capacity of 2000kg, which can meet the stable clamping requirements of large molds and heavy mechanical parts.

2. Automatic Tool changer (A.T.C)


The tool arm clamping method based on the hydraulic system ensures the stability of the clamping force during tool change. The chain-type bidirectional rotary cutter head supports nearby tool selection. Combined with the pre-selection function of the preparatory tool, it effectively shortens the auxiliary time for tool changing. The standard capacity of 60 cutting tools can be expanded to 120, making it suitable for multi-process compound processing scenarios.


Precision control system: Full-process quantitative inspection standards


The HZC series implements multi-dimensional precision control from design to assembly


Laser accuracy correction and 12-sided mirror division accuracy inspection to ensure that the geometric accuracy of the equipment meets the standards.




The cycle tester and arc cutting test verify the dynamic processing performance to ensure the accuracy consistency of complex trajectory processing.




The X/Y/ Z-axis feedback scale system and the minimum output increment of 0.001mm achieve real-time accuracy compensation during the processing.
